- Develop and implement a nationwide expansion plan for the Safe Patient Handling portfolio.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within NHS Acute Trusts, Community Equipment Services, and Coordinated Care Systems.
- Build relationships with clinical, procurement, operational, estates, and senior leadership collaborators.
- Handle and develop major strategic accounts within the UK.
- Support tender opportunities, framework agreements, and capital equipment projects.
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and customer training where required.
- Work collaboratively with internal clinical and commercial teams to deliver the best possible customer solutions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and business updates.
- A successful track record in medical device, healthcare equipment, or healthcare solution sales.
- Experience selling into NHS Acute Care environments.
- Strong account management and business development skills.
- Experience managing multiple collaborators throughout complex sales processes.
- The ability to influence and engage both clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to win and grow business.
