Job Summary:
As a Director, Field Talent Acquisition you will be the leader of the field recruiting team, reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Engagement. You will lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals with responsibility for recruiting top level talent to help provide unforgettable experiences to our guests. Our portfolio consists of diverse locations, positions range from high skilled to entry level and across many functions (i.e. Hospitality, Retail, Food & Beverage, etc.). As a manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of your field recruiting team, driving the company’s talent strategy, while keeping the pulse on location specific successes and challenges. This innovative position will lead key project initiatives for the Talent Acquisition team with a focus on process management and continuous improvement and a goal of creating an exceptional candidate experience. You will provide expert recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, labor market supply and demand, and business knowledge. This position will also be involved in the planning, forecasting, and hiring of international recruiting initiatives. Our office environment requires 5 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the field recruiting team, managing work capacity and resources using talent analytics
- Ensure teams are meeting hiring targets, accounting for drop out and attrition
- Drive innovative processes that advance the talent function’s capabilities
- Provide the team and stakeholders with consistent dashboard updates and analysis on recruiting performance metrics
- Support and manage the Regional Talent Managers and Talent Systems Administrator
- Meet with business leaders and regional talent managers to understand the nuances of their location and businesses while creating collaborative relationships
- Partner with Talent Support Services Team to drive employment brand, talent systems, recruiter training, top of funnel initiatives, and foster relationships with community partners
- Ensure recruiting resources are allocated to support the most critical business initiatives
- Ensure recruiting team is following standard recruiting processes and meeting service level agreements
- Create talent acquisition strategies and candidate pathways to achieve the most effective sourcing, evaluation, and selection of qualified and diverse talent across multiple lines of business
- Assist the Director of Talent Engagement with workforce planning & budgeting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience
- High volume recruiting experience is preferred
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems required, iCIMS experience a plus
- Experience managing multiple locations and a multi-level team
- Ability to develop talent within the team and provide developmental opportunities
- Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
- Previous experience implementing new processes and driving innovative initiatives
- Demonstrated talent acquisition experience in handling challenging recruitment issues in a diverse and dynamic environment
- Proven background in developing strategic, innovative recruitment sourcing methods to help drive proactive pipeline development
- Flexible and adaptable style of leadership to successfully navigate competing priorities
- Strong business acumen, and experience working with large, complex organizations during periods of growth and change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $110,000- $125,000 based on experience, plus possible annual incentive based on performance.
