EPMO Coordinator | Grants & Proposals Writing

 

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CEO and COO in executing strategic priorities and organizational initiatives.
• Monitor and follow up on key decisions, action plans, and organizational objectives.
• Develop and improve internal processes, policies, governance frameworks, and reporting systems.
• Track organizational performance through dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Lead the development, writing, and submission of grant applications, funding proposals, tenders, and donor reports.
• Support fundraising, donor engagement, partnership development, and business development activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.
• Prepare executive presentations, meeting documentation, and follow up on action items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PMO, project coordination, operations, grants management, fundraising, or business development.
• Proven experience in grant writing and proposal development is required.
• Strong ability to analyze budgets, financial data, and donor funding requirements.
• Excellent English writing skills are essential, particularly for grant writing, donor communications, and proposal development.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Ideal Candidate A proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong grant and proposal writing experience, excellent coordination skills, and a Finance or Accounting background capable of working confidently with budgets, financial reports, donor requirements, and organizational performance data.
