You Are: Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Functional Lead
The Work
As the Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Functional Lead, you will design, implement, and deploy end‑to‑end Oracle financial solutions supporting finance, accounting, cash management, treasury operations, and fixed‑asset management. You will lead core business cycles—including Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash—ensuring processes are integrated, optimized, and aligned with financial and operational objectives. You will identify strategic focus areas, define actionable plans, and drive high‑impact financial transformation initiatives.
Your role requires hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud and Oracle Financial Services, strong functional leadership, and the ability to navigate complex transformation projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise, support change management, and ensure solutions enhance efficiency, transparency, and decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy Oracle ERP Cloud Financials solutions across finance, accounting, cash management, treasury, and fixed‑asset operations.
- Lead Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C) business cycles.
- Identify strategic focus areas within Oracle Financial Services and Oracle Cloud environments.
- Develop and execute plans for delivering strategic financial projects and programs.
- Drive and manage functional workstreams to achieve targeted business outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial solutions align with business goals.
- Provide functional leadership and expertise throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Here’s What You Need:
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and Oracle Financial Services.
- Experience leading end‑to‑end financial transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of financial operations and processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and change management best practices.
- Ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and manage complex project timelines.
- Understanding of workflow automation, financial reporting, and data analytics tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
