For Linklaters Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Data Steward role.
About the team
Join our global Business Development and Marketing team responsible for maintaining accurate client, company and contact data across CRM systems. Collaborating with Risk, Business Acceptance, Partners, Managing Associates, Associates and Business Development teams, the team supports matter opening, anti-money laundering, conflict checking, reporting and client relationship management.
You will be responsible for:
Maintaining client, company and contact data across SAP CRM, Client Book and Salesforce
Reviewing and validating data changes in line with governance standards
Researching updates linked to mergers, acquisitions and restructurings
Supporting matter opening, anti-money laundering and conflict checks
Working with internal stakeholders to resolve data issues
Contributing to data quality, integration and governance initiatives
Apply if you:
Hold a degree in any field
Have one to three years of experience in shared services or data processing
Previous experience working with CRM systems, ideally in a corporate or shared services environment
Demonstrate strong communication, prioritisation and time management skills
Are resilient, proactive and solutions-focused
Can work well under pressure and manage changing priorities
Location and working hours:
Warsaw (hybrid model - 2 days a week from office)
Working hours - 9:00 to 17:15
