Job Description:
- Report to and work closely with the Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal support for the activities in the region
- Consider and advise on legal issues arising from business activities and projects
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify and manage risks and create solutions
- Draft, review and negotiate agreements such as third party and outsourcing contracts, investment management agreements
- Managing external counsels when required
- Collaborate with the wider Legal team globally on group-wide initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Law
- Singapore qualified with at least 5 years’ PQE
- Knowledge and experience in financial industry. Experience in asset management industry would be an advantage.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of risk management
- Strong command of English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Chinese would be an advantage.
