The Opportunity:
- National Broker; unlimited compensation.
- Positions across the country in every state and major metropolitan area.
- Ideally we are seeking producers who currently earn at least $150k annually. $350k is optimal - and we have paid up to $500k for the right person.
- National team of account management and underwriters with innovative expertise in self-insurance, financial consulting, and analytics.
- Client can acquire your existing account management team, if necessary.
- The opportunity to earn a generous sign-on bonus.
- The opportunity to earn lucrative stock options.
- The opportunity to earn commissions on top of a competitive base salary
- Significant income/commissions with large clients in the >1,000 lives customer segment being supported by subject matter experts.
- Sell industry-leading innovative self-funded products custom built to win new business.
- Guaranteed salary during first 24 months until validation
Background Preferred:
- A demonstrated track record of selling to employee benefits decision-makers
- Demonstrated success with clients in the 100 - 2,500 employee live segment
- Needs to be a “hunter” and willing and able to generate new revenues
- Well developed network and COIs in your regional market is required.
- A closer – one who can both prospect and close
- Must have a fundamental understanding of self-funding
- Must be a consultative seller and NOT a transactional seller
- Excellent relationship-builder and team player
- Experience working with contact databases and related data mining
- Degree preferred
- Specific experience with local area businesses
- Community leader of heavily involved

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bright, intelligent, direct communication style…polished
- Must be passionate about building a business from the ground up
Compensation Structure:
- Compensation based on experience and insurance sales track record.
