Job Description:
Brokerage Call and Collect Team Leader
Job Summary
Responsible for managing a shift, ensuring workflow & productivity of hourly staff, meeting set performance expectations, managing team goals, implementing and enforcing policies, and overseeing staff on compliance and procedures to ensure exceptional service to our service.
They support the day-to-day administration activities for Collection of UPS Charges.
Job Duties
- Supervises and is responsible for assigned shifts
- Oversee team assigned
- Create and assign employee work schedules and responsibilities, and monitor if these responsibilities are carried through
- Provide ongoing guidance to employees
- Ensure employees adhere to company policies and legal regulations
- Address problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in a practical, timely manner
- Brokerage Exception Reporting
- Compiling, maintaining and updating company reports
- Performs tasks as directed by management
Operational activities
- Prepare and Upload to SCB Portal Data COD Invoice (SCB Format template)
- Download Report Output from SCB with Generated Payment Link
- Data Preparation and Cleansing for SMS Blast and convert to SMS Blast Upload Template, and blast to customer.
- Prepare Master List data shipment, allocate to callers and monitoring caller collection activities.
- Cleansing and investigate for invalid phone numbers.
- Update status for success credited payment from customer and share list to Operation HUB.
- Update exception in OPSYS for ready to dispatch.
- Analyze and compile data shipment Uncollected and share listing for dispatch to Center and do Normal COD.
- Monitoring and reporting out of daily/weekly/monthly service performance of Collection.
- Supports tracking and collection of callers.
- Supports tracking of pending shipment and fees with clients.
- Coordinates the daily sending and receiving of ERNs.
- Timely management and follow-up of missing/inadequate documents
- Following standard onboarding protocol guidelines
- Performs tasks as directed by management

- Education: Bachelor's Degree - Finance and Customs admin
