About the Role

The position is the expert in one or more business/application areas. The role shall provide architecture level solution, cross applications/functions analysis and design in application projects.

Job Description:

• Analyze user requirements, existing and new business models and provide solutions by fine-tuning existing sub-systems or an existing functional area of the systems and procedures.
• Design system and other deliverables aligned with security, compliance, and design principles through focus on quality, evaluate and conduct cost effective solutions.
• Translate business requirement (BRD)/function specification (FS) to technical design requirements including test strategy and quality approach
• Code review and technical governance
• Analyze and solving technical problems comply with the applicable standards and guidelines
• Assist users to fully utilize the systems by providing training and clarification of problems
• Train junior staff on business and technical knowledge
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or above degree in IT related disciplines
• Effective verbal communication skill with stakeholders
• Cantonese is a must (at least be able to listen Cantonese) and good English speaking/reading skill and written communication skill, CET 6 is required.
• Tasks leading and Problem-solving skill
• Willing to take responsibility and ownership in the team
• Ability to solve problem with good sense of logic thinking
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Java including J2EE with RESTful, Json, XML.
