Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Purchasing stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional system requirements.
- Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of procurement and supply chain solutions, including ERP (SAP MM), procurement platforms, supplier portals, and related business systems.
- Partner with IT teams and external vendors to improve system functionality, integrations, and data quality across supply chain processes.
- Analyze purchasing, supplier, inventory, and operational data to identify trends, generate insights, and support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to improve visibility and operational effectiveness.
- Drive supplier digitalization initiatives, including supplier onboarding, e-invoicing, EDI, ASN, and other automation solutions.
- Support digital transformation projects and explore emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, analytics, and process automation tools.
- Ensure procurement and supply chain processes comply with internal policies, audit requirements, and SOX controls.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, minimizing manual activities, and improving user experience.
- Provide training, documentation, and change management support to end users and business stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with business users, suppliers, and global cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Operations Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Business Systems, or a related area.
- Experience working with at least one supply chain or procurement system, preferably SAP MM, Coupa, EDI, or comparable platforms.
- Strong interest in business systems, digital transformation, and information technology within a multinational organization.
- Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes, including supplier management, purchasing, inventory, and operational workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and support business decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Interest in emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (Predictive AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI), analytics, and automation solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, suppliers, and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic global environment.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work within international and cross-functional teams.
- Automotive industry experience is considered an advantage but is not required.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
