As a Purchasing & Supply Chain Specialist in Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH), you will take full responsibility for the end-to-end flow — from international direct sourcing and supplier negotiations to import operations, planning, and inventory control. Your ability to ensure on-time delivery, balance stock levels, and solve challenges proactively will directly impact business continuity and customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities

• Ensure reliable supply of assigned products and services at the lowest total cost of ownership
• Own and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations for the premix plant, including planning, inventory control, and replenishment
• Balance demand and supply by effectively managing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for defined product groups
• Execute purchasing activities to ensure on-time delivery in line with operational requirements
• Build, manage, and negotiate strong supplier partnerships, while monitoring and improving supplier performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and logistics to enhance efficiency, resilience, and operational excellence

You bring

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
• 4+ years of experience in direct purchasing in a manufacturing environment including overseas/international sourcing (must-have), Experience in import operations (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, planning, inventory management and incoterms
• Proven negotiator with the ability to build solid supplier partnerships plus strong English & communication skills
• Sharp skills in planning, inventory control & on-time order execution
• Analytical, solution-driven thinker with SAP/ERP & Excel expertise
