Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive Intern to support Customer Service and Pricing activities. This role will provide operational support in order processing, pricing requests, and data management, while collaborating with a global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support order processing activities and follow-up with Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Customer Service Assistants (CSA).
- Assist in consignments management and tracking.
- Create and maintain Open Order Reports (OOR)
- Support pricing requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls (SOX).
- Assist with invoice submission in customer portals.
- Help identify discrepancies in orders, pricing, or customer requests.
- Document processes and support updates to SOPs and job aids.
- Maintain and update files and databases (Excel, SharePoint).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within CSA, CSR and Pricing teams
Basic Requirements
- Advanced or fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in progress (Business, Engineering, Finance or similar)
- Interest in Customer Service, Operations, or Pricing
- Basic knowledge of SAP or Salesforce is a plus
