Professional Educator - Hair

MADI International is looking for an experienced Educator/ Brand Trainer - Hair division to support brand growth through professional education, client development, and sales support.

The role involves delivering in-salon training, workshops, product demonstrations, and academy classes while working closely with sales teams to drive repeat orders, increase product usage, support new client onboarding, and expand brand penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional in-salon training, product demonstrations, workshops, and academy classes.
• Support sales growth by driving repeat orders, increasing product usage, and expanding product lines within existing clients.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify growth opportunities and increase brand penetration.
• Provide technical onboarding and education support for new clients and salon openings.
• Plan and execute monthly education schedules aligned with sales and brand objectives.
• Support product launches, promotions, focus SKUs, and stock liquidation initiatives.
• Monitor education activities, attendance, and performance to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Analyze sales and client performance data to align education efforts with commercial goals.
• Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining strong product, technical, and industry knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with sales, brand management, and internal teams to drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Hair, Skin, Nails, or a related professional field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on technical experience.
• Strong presentation, training, and communication skills.
• Commercially aware with the ability to support sales objectives.
• Willingness to travel and work directly with clients in the field.
