JOB DESCRIPTION
Structuring and executing the acquisition of real estate investment opportunities in Asia-Pacific
Conduct financial modelling to assess and support acquisitions; Present financial analysis to key stakeholders and investment committee
Conduct and coordinate legal, tax, technical & financial due diligence for assets to be acquired, working with advisers/ consultants
Preparation of investment papers, presentations and other materials, as required
Review transaction documents
Prepare regular sector research to keep apprised of updated trends and market news/information including the review and analysis of financial, market information and analyst reports
Assist in portfolio management or asset management activities as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
`
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate Management or a related field from a reputable university
- Prior experience in investment management / asset management within the real estate sector is preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong financial modelling and presentation skills
- Independent and able to work under tight deadlines
- A strong team player
