About You
- Strong experience engineering and supporting enterprise infrastructure in complex, hybrid environments
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and hybrid identity models
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve high‑impact, enterprise‑level incidents end‑to‑end
- Solid understanding of infrastructure security principles, compliance requirements, and ITIL‑based processes
- Proficiency in scripting and automation, with PowerShell strongly preferred
It would be great If you also had
- Experience with enterprise device and endpoint management platforms such as Intune or JAMF
- Exposure to vulnerability management, security tooling, and data governance platforms (e.g., Defender, Purview)
- Experience supporting large‑scale infrastructure or cloud migration initiatives
- Familiarity with automation frameworks, APIs, infrastructure‑as‑code, or multi‑cloud environments
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure, Security, or M365) or equivalent hands‑on expertise

- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex infrastructure issues across cloud and on‑prem environments
- Design, implement, and improve scalable infrastructure solutions with a focus on performance, reliability, and security
- Lead and execute change management activities including deployments, upgrades, and system improvements
- Collaborate with Security, Networking, Cloud Operations, and vendors to resolve enterprise‑wide challenges
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting operational excellence
