Job Title: HR Generalist
Who: An HR professional with 3–5 years of experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
What: Provide hands-on HR support including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, performance management, policy administration, and reporting.

Salary: $75,000 annually plus year-end bonus.
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations for a multi-site workforce. This role serves as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and performance management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations matters and workplace investigations.

Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding programs.

Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.

Administer and interpret company policies and procedures.

Support performance management and manager coaching initiatives.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Prepare month-end and ad hoc HR reports.

Foster a positive workplace culture while promoting consistency and accountability.

Build strong relationships with managers across multiple locations.
Qualifications:

3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.

Experience supporting multi-location operations.

Strong employee relations, investigations, and compliance background.

Experience with onboarding, manager coaching, and policy interpretation.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-
Experience in construction, field service, or similar industries preferred.

Experience with Paycom is a plus.
