- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training interventions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training content accuracy and relevance.

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technology concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to design and develop engaging training content and assessment materials.
- Experience in facilitating interactive learning sessions and workshops.

- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
