Experience:
Five years of professional human resources experience which includes programming areas such as benefits administration, retirement administration, or HRIS administration. Two of those years must have been in a lead or supervisory role.
Education:A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resources administration, public administration, business administration or a related field.
License or Certificate:*- Possession of a valid California Driver's License.
The list established by this recruitment may also be used to fill future full-time, part-time, limited term, and extra help vacancies for up to one year.

Napa County employees automatically become Disaster Service Workers.
