DriveNets' solutions power production networks for global tier-1 operators like AT&T and Comcast, and scale multi-vendor AI infrastructures at foundation model labs, NeoClouds, and enterprises.Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruiting processes, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract the best talent to DriveNets.- Creatively source candidates using diverse online channels to discover the best potential talent.- Conduct HR interviews and convey your feedback on candidates' cultural and personal fit.- Ensure the best possible candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. Technical Skills- 5+ years of experience recruiting for hi-tech companies or leading agencies.- Proven experience working and partnering with hiring managers, colleagues, and candidates.- BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent work experience.- Proficiency with professional sourcing tools and diverse online channels.Soft Skills- Excellent communication skills.- High level of English.- Can-do approach.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Nice to Have / Advantage- Experience recruiting for technical or R&D roles (networking, AI infrastructure, or software engineering).If your experience is close but doesn't fulfil all requirements, please submit your application.
