Analyst - Fraud (On site)

What You Will Do:

• Perform regular periodic reviews of financial crime compliance functions including but not limited to KYC, Sanctions, Fraud and Transaction Monitoring.

• Create and present quality work deliverables. 

•  Utilise an in-depth understanding of metrics and workflows in order to analyze and report on trends, issues, and quality defects.

• Maintain subject matter expertise and best practices related to the identification and mitigation of risk.

What You Will Need:

• Experience in fraud investigations 6+ months.

• At least 1.5+ years experience working on different areas in compliance field. 

• In-depth understanding of AML/CTF, KYC, counterparty risk identification & mitigation principles.

• Ability to speak and write English fluently. Strong communication skills with ability to present complex and sensitive issues to management.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Work from office following clean desk policy environment.  

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Creative problem-solving ability, a collaborative mindset. 

• Strong analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to execute a range of complex tasks and analysis.

The annual salary range for this position is €18,000.00-€30,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
