Description
Family Office is looking for a Chief Legal Officer (CLO) with substantial experience leading legal departments in multiple jurisdictions (Cyprus / Italy / UAE / United Kingdom).

- Legal support of a wide range of investment transactions on the securities market.
- Legal support of investment transactions in the real estate market.
- Corporate law (Cyprus, United Kingdom, UAE, Russia).
- Supervision and management of all contractual matters.
- Management of litigation.
- Handling related matters: audit, accounting, tax issues.
- Management of the legal department (5 people).
- Experience in supporting a wide range of investment transactions on the securities market.
- Experience in legal support of investment transactions in the real estate market.
- Knowledge of corporate law in Cyprus and Russia.
- Strong experience in contract work and litigation.
- Knowledge in related areas: audit, accounting, taxation.
- Proven experience managing a team of at least 2 employees (mandatory).
- English and Russian at C2 level (mandatory).
- Office location: Paphos (Cyprus).
- Permanent employment under Cypriot labor law.
- 21 days of annual leave.
- Working hours: 10:00 to 19:00 with a 1-hour break.
