Practice Manager

Success in this role will be measured on specific KPI’sbeing hit as well as customer satisfaction and the continued revenue growth of the clinic. You will be directlyresponsible for internal procedures being documented, ensuring that company culture is continuouslyimproved and rituals and meetings are adhered to. Top 3-5 Results for the Position:1. Ensure company weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI’s are collected and reported to the practice owner witha written summary2. Develop and regularly update our systems, policies and procedures (to be accessed across multi-sites if needed as wegrow)3. Company values adhered to – daily/weekly/monthly company meetings happen on time every time4. Performance manage the team - including one on one performance reviews with relevant team members5. Top grade the organisation – significant involvement in the hiring (and firing) of team members The Role:Because we are growing, we are looking for a full-time practice/operations manager to join our team. Youwill be reporting directly to the practice owner/founder and assisting with the day-to-day running of theoperational side of the clinic. You must be able to work in a fast- paced environment and demonstrateextraordinary attention to detail – as well as having a proven track record of being able to performancemanage other people.
