Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist at Coastal Moto, you are responsible for creating, managing, and overseeing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products or services. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, including digital marketing, content development, event planning, and market research. Responsibilities : Design and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs. Develop creative campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and print advertising. Manage company's social media profiles to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Organize events and product exhibitions to promote the company and its products. Analyze performance of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports for management. Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Marketing Specialist, or similar role. Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and Social Media marketing. Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, etc).
