As a “Jr. Sales Representative & Commercial Support” you will be responsible for maximizing revenues of non-visited customers and providing remote support for diverse territories during vacancies or vacations. You will also support the Field Force Team and National Sales Force Manager with analytics, commercial, and logistic tasks, while leading commercial improvement projects to enhance sales.

This office-based position reports to the National Sales Force Lead and requires a high-level of interaction with customers and colleagues internally and within the Sales Force.

Key Responsibilities:

Remote Sales Representative (~20%)

- Ensures delivery of sales to non-visited Customers in F-CH and D-CH during offer campaigns

- Empty territory Back-up for Sales reps (upon vacancies)

- Back-up to Sales Representatives on vacation to manage Orders and Issues

 

Analytical and Commercial Support for the Sales Force Team (~50%)

- Updates, compiles and Analyses various tracking reports for PH & DD Teams: Sell-out / Consumption / Cycle Plans / PTO / TRAX / Distribution

- Provides monthly support for PTO Forecast

- Identification of selling stories and opportunities to support PH Sales Representatives

- CRM Management and Data Change Requests for Dental Detailing

 

Special Commercial Projects (~30%):

- Improvement of Processes and Ways of Working

- Consolidation of Sales Force Feedbacks

Team Support and Coordination (~20%)

- Preparation of Offers based on inputs from National Sales Force Lead

- Coordination of the logistic for 4EX Meetings and DD Cycle Meetings

- Drive the from "121" to "12Many" change Agenda while Organizing PH Team & DD Congress Attendances, coordinating Evening Events/Training Sessions,…

- Manage the reception and coordinate the payment of invoices for Customer Marketing Activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in business administration or any related field.
• Strong interest for Sales and Commercial Practices. First Experience in sales or a related field an asset.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Awareness of CRM systems and data management.
