If you would like to join an award-winning and forward-thinking firm whose culture recognises that its people are fundamental to its success, we would love to hear from you.
About this role
- Lead and deliver business transformation initiatives from discovery and business case development through to implementation, adoption and post-implementation review.
- Work with Governance Services and wider business teams to identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting, operational processes and workflow automation.
- Facilitate workshops to gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements, including mapping current and future state processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor and key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers, translating business needs into effective solutions.
- Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, providing clear reporting and escalating critical matters where necessary.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Support successful adoption of new systems and processes through training, change management and post-implementation support.
- Monitor the success of implemented solutions through KPIs, user feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed of emerging technologies, automation trends and AI tools, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
About you
- A minimum of five years' experience within a trust, corporate, governance, fund administration, fiduciary or professional services environment.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting processes and operational systems.
- Proven experience leading business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to testing, implementation and business adoption.
- Experience facilitating workshops, documenting requirements and producing project artefacts including business cases, process maps, user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with financial and operational systems, including reporting, billing, bookkeeping and general ledger processes.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive meaningful change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall and/or hybrid delivery environments.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance operational requirements with strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value.
- Degree-level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional Business Analysis or Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, AgilePM or IIBA) would be advantageous.
