Shift details: Monday through Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm EST

Responsibilities:

• Prepares transportation solutions that align with client requirements, available resources, and scheduling needs.
• Collects client, shipment, and pricing information to support transportation planning and informed operational decisions.
• Documents transportation requirements, service details, and pricing-related issues to maintain accurate records and support resolution.
• Updates internal stakeholders and field-based sales personnel with transportation and account information to maintain continuity of service and decision-making.
• Tracks transportation requests, resource availability, and service schedules to support timely execution and visibility across activities.
• Records common issues and resolutions related to pricing, transportation planning, and service coordination to support operational consistency.
• Maintains communication flow across stakeholders to maintain alignment on transportation requirements, service commitments, and issue status.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, business administration, operations management, or a related field required.

Required Experience:

• Less than 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, customer coordination, sales, operations, or a related field required.

Nice to Have:

• Certification in logistics and transportation, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
