Credit and Collections Associate Analyst

## What you’ll do:

We are looking forward to a Credit and Collection Analyst in Eaton’s Corporate sector, based in Wuxi, China (The first 3-5 months will be based in Suzhou for training and transition purposes). This position is responsible for managing the end to end credit and collection process for APAC MG operations scope. This includes APAC reporting and manage bank notes,collaborating with plants CS and warehouse improve reporting accuracy and timeliness.

"Manage and optimize global Credit & Collections processes for Eaton's MG business and support business separation initiatives.

Complete monthly MG sales confirmation and accrual activities based on data provided by manufacturing sites.

Manage monthly bank draft endorsement activities for two China manufacturing sites.

Prepare and consolidate MG APAC management reports.

Collaborate with the GP team to ensure compliant vendor payments and banking operations.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management."

## Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting or related subjects

At least 3 years’ experience in Accounting /Credit/Collections / FP&A

Good accounting/credit analysis ability and good problem-solving skills

Strong coordination and communication skills

Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company.
