Director of E-Commerce & DTC Growth (Project Management) | Brooklyn, NY (hybrid) · $200K+ Base + Growth Bonus

About the Role

Our client is a growing brand that sells through e-commerce platforms and its own website. They're looking for an energetic, strategic leader to run the brand and own its growth A to Z. This role is direct-to-consumer and platform-focused, not Amazon, with a strong project management focus: you'll keep every initiative organized, on schedule, and moving.

Key Responsibilities

• The brand's overall growth strategy and the project plans behind it
• The company website and DTC sales channel
• Sales across e-commerce platforms and vendor partners
• Marketing, promotions, and customer acquisition campaigns, from planning through launch
• Day-to-day management of the e-commerce operation, start to finish, including timelines, priorities, and cross-team coordination

Qualifications

• Experience leading growth for a consumer brand in e-commerce
• Strong project management skills: running multiple initiatives and delivering on time
• Strong background in DTC and running a brand's own website
• Experience managing vendor and platform sales relationships
• A strategic, hands-on leader who can build and execute
• Based in or near Brooklyn and available for a hybrid schedule
