As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires creating comprehensive documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored and effective across various operational areas.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align objectives and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotives.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve complex business processes.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions to gather insights and drive consensus.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automotives.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
