About the location:

Guest Service- Welcome and escort guests to their tables in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food, beverages, and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed service expectations.
- Address guest complaints or concerns and escalate when necessary.
- Manage an assigned station and ensure smooth service throughout the shift.
- Set up and maintain tables according to established standards.
- Serve food and beverages following service procedures and sequence of service.
- Monitor table progress and coordinate timing with the kitchen and bar.
- Prepare and present bills accurately and process payments.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the service area at all times.
- Assist in training and mentoring Commis de Rang and junior team members.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure efficient service flow.
- Participate in daily briefings and communicate relevant information to the team.
- Support colleagues during busy periods and special events.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming and appearance.
- Ensure compliance with hotel/restaurant health and safety policies.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel, fine dining restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of food, beverages, wines, and service techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
