Community Liaison – Hospice Sales
Georgetown, TX | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
About the Role
Our client is seeking a self-motivated, compassionate Community Liaison to serve an assigned territory. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships, expand community presence, and connect those in need with the right services at the right time.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, and other healthcare partners
- Conduct regular outreach to promote hospice services and grow referral volume
- Position the organization as the preferred hospice provider across the service area
- Guide patients and families through initial hospice conversations, explaining services and facilitating consent with empathy
What You'll Need
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience (required)
- Hospice or palliative care marketing experience (strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred; relevant experience may substitute)
- Proven track record building and sustaining referral relationships
- Prior clinical experience (a plus)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $66,000–$83,000/year plus uncapped commission
