Responsible for preparing guest food and maintaining kitchen sanitation to club and Board of Health standards.
Stocks, sets up and maintains workstation.
Performs daily prep work for station and cook’s line.
Stock food items for the next shift.
Cleans station and equipment daily and ensures sanitation procedures are followed.
Prepares and presents food items per club kitchen standards.
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent.
Must have a minimum of two to three years’ experience of food preparation, preferably at a club, resort or hotel.
Must possess a food sanitation certificate.
E-Verify Employment Authorization required.
