We’re in search of an experienced Change Manager with the required skills: Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration, PROSCI or CCMP, ServiceNow, SaaS and payroll within Change management  environment.

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Change Manager for a 12-month engagement supporting our M&A integration activities. 
The activities the role would complete would be completing stakeholder and impact analyses, building change strategies, building communication plans and content, facilitating change agent meetings, managing stakeholder feedback loops, and building training content for new processes and tools. The consultant will also prepare readiness and adoption risk reports for executives and steering committees.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong change management professional with experience driving user adoption, communications, training, and organizational readiness for technology and process transformation initiatives.

Team: 

• IT Strategy & Delivery / Integration Management Office, supporting enterprise change management initiatives.

Key Projects:

• International payroll transformation (12+ months)
• Customer service transformation, migrating from homegrown tools to ServiceNow
• Process mapping, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience (5+ years preferred) in Change Management. preferably in integrations or M&A, plus strong writing and facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting technology implementations and business transformations
• ServiceNow experience preferred
• SaaS/technology industry experience preferred but not required
• Large enterprise transformation experience is a plus

Certifications (Preferred):

• Prosci
• CCMP.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $70/hr. to $73/hr.
