Position Title: Safety Executive (Logistics & Warehouse)

Working Location: Toh Guan

Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 08:15 AM – 15:30 PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and PPE requirements in line with regulations

Identify training needs and conduct EHS training to enhance safety awareness

Coordinate audits and maintain EHS documentation for ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001

Investigate and close all EHS incidents and accidents properly

Conduct EHS induction for contractors and visitors when required

Supervise contractors to ensure safety rules are followed on site

Prepare and submit monthly safety reports as required

Develop and review risk assessments in accordance with WSH regulations

Conduct WSH inspections and follow up on corrective actions

Analyse safety data and implement improvements to meet safety standards

Maintain the Emergency Response Plan, including fire certification and CERT structure

Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with government regulations

Oversee daily building operations and address WSH-related matters

Ensure fire safety equipment is properly maintained

Support warehouse setup and new operational requirements

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E systems, including ACMV and chillers

Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Diploma or Professional Certification in Workplace Safety & Health

Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) certification

FSM certification and BizSAFE Level 2

Manage Work at Height Certificate (Assessor or Manager)

Knowledge of local WSH, SCDF, and NEA regulations

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
