Job Purpose:

This role is focused on identifying, analyzing, and solving business problems through data. The post holder will leverage SQL and Python to extract insights, develop scalable solutions, and drive meaningful, data-led change across the organization.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the role is responsible for translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and delivering end-to-end solutions—from problem definition and requirements gathering through to development, implementation, and embedding of change.

This role involves proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, using data to diagnose issues, and designing and building solutions that enhance business performance, efficiency, and decision-making. This includes developing analytical models, automating processes, and establishing robust, repeatable approaches to solving business challenges.

The post holder will also contribute to the development of standards, tools, and best practices, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational objectives.

In addition, this role partners closely with Sales and Commercial teams to translate analytics into commercial action—helping teams identify customer and territory opportunities, prioritize account actions, and improve pipeline/coverage quality. The role will coach and train Sales stakeholders on how to use dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to uncover opportunities and improve execution, including driving adoption of self-service analytics and establishing repeatable “insight-to-action” routines.
