Job Description:
The T&E Manager has the responsibility for managing and aligning all T&E activities, events, top account retention events, local trade shows, symposia and internal trainings within their country and business responsibility. The T&E Manager coordinates closely with the local management team and other stakeholders across the region to ensure a common standard for internal and external trainings.
The T&E Manager develops internal and external T&E concepts together with Global stakeholders, the local Marketing Manager(s), and the Managing Director.
This role will include responsibility for managing the relationships and agreements with all Universities within Australia and NZ. The T&E Manager will develop agreements with each of the post graduate programs.
The T&E Manager will work closely with Business Manager(s), Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to ensure each University is supported and that all provisions within the agreements are supported locally by the respective Territory Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Manages and drives all aspects of T&E within his/her country, including regular calendar events and top account retention events
- Defines the content of educational programs for all the decided key solutions (by adapting and applying course recipes from Business Units)
- Identifies and develops local speakers that can be also promoted internationally for T&E, Events and Congresses, based on local and international networking. Including the following tasks:
- Training on products and solutions
- Message to be delivered during courses
- Communicating the expected learning outcomes
- Support with lecturer material and images
- Yearly agreements (honorarium, travel expenses, number of courses, etc.)
- Define material to be provided to speakers.
- Prepares and oversees scientific content at events and congresses
- Speaker selection, negotiation (invitation, contracts, travel arrangements, honorarium, audio visual requirements)
- VIP attention, review of presentations and audio visual rehearsals, life surgeries
- Prepares and oversees hands-out and workshop program content at events and congresses
- Carries out course evaluation (participant satisfaction) and reporting and defines methodologies for follow-up / post training
- Carries out speaker evaluation
