The Senior ERP Project Manager is responsible for partnering across the Global Process Excellence Team, IT and business teams to drive consistent, repeatable program standards to execute the Services digitization strategy and support overall business transformation objectives. What you’ll do
- Project management
- Ensure completion of all required implementation processes & tollgate deliverables including requirements gathering, process flow documentation, testing, data validation, training, and other project related activities in PMx.
- Build and maintain project plan to track project status
- Drive prioritization activities and release scoping
- Partner with Services Stakeholders, functional leaders in Global Process Excellence to identify control requirements and build controls
- Drive critical path decisions, make recommendations, and influence program leaders and functional process owners to maximize project impact, drive simplification and standardization efforts for all digitization initiatives
- Partner with IT and finance leaders to complete project deliverables
- Collaborate with cross functional teams in test planning, preparation and test execution
- Cross ERP Project management
- Participate in ERP implementation and sunset, ERP integration projects and OneERP initiatives.
- Support implementation of Hoshin and Sustainable cost productivity and SQDC initiatives.
- Collaborate cross system, cross project and cross functional to ensure project delivery
- LEAN
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to the project management strategy and methodology.
- Utilize AI, automation and LEAN tools to drive productivity
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge/experience in supply chain, Engineering or Business Administration preferred
- Significant experience in cross functional roles supporting Project Management, IT, Commercial, Supply Chain, Fulfillment organizations
- Strong business process & tools understanding with proven track record of Project management results using Lean methodologies
- Must be fluent in the English Language
- If located in Hungary, successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,200.00 and $173,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
