Lead MindLabs' digital marketing efforts as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist. You'll develop and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies, manage a team of digital marketers and content creators, allocate and manage budgets across platforms, analyze KPIs and campaign ROI, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors. Your responsibilities include leading SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising efforts, driving lead generation and customer engagement, and managing brand presence across digital channels. The role requires 4+ years of digital marketing experience, strong leadership and project management skills, deep understanding of analytics, SEO, PPC, and marketing automation, and a proven track record of successful digital campaigns. A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field is required. Immediate joiners are preferred.
