Description
This is a temporary, 6 month contract.
- Coordinate daily production activities and scheduling to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery.
- Track production timelines, inventory levels, and material availability to prevent delays.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments including operations, purchasing, warehouse, and quality assurance.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, work orders, schedules, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with technicians on the shop floor.
- Monitor production workflow to ensure deadlines, productivity targets, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Assist with inventory control processes, including stock tracking and material reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner and escalate delays or operational concerns when necessary.
- Maintain accurate production records, databases, and system updates.
- Support compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and operations teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- 2+ years experience in a similar role.
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with ERP Systems.
- Strong organizational skills, acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Available to occasionally work outside regular working hours.
- Steel toed boots are required.
