Description
- Lead/manage multiple offices.
- Mentor and support your office managers daily.
- Manage new skill assessments in your offices.
- Train new employees with the following training philosophy:
- Manager performs the task, trainee observes.
- Manager performs the task, trainee helps.
- Trainee performs the task, Manager helps.
- Trainee performs the task, Manager observes.
- Checking in daily with the office managers or assistant managers to see what is working that day, what is needs improvement, and what are possible solutions to make the improvements.
- Keep informed of any patient or employee issues.
- Review Employee Warning Notices/Write-ups and be involved in this process (i.e. in person or on the phone).
- Use SplashTop throughout the day to view current and upcoming schedules, check whether things are running smoothly, and head off potential issues.
- Ensure that any office supplies needed are ordered and received.
- Responsible for receiving the marketing update from the office managers at the end of each week and reviewing it in order to be able to report on it.
- Responsible for receiving the petty cash logs from the office managers at the end of each week and reviewing them.
- MTD Productions, Collections, and Insurance Aging over 30 days need to be emailed to the Director of Operations on the 15th and at the end of the month.
- Help with daily operations as needed.
- Attend biweekly Manager calls.
- Bring Supplies, petty cash, and payroll checks to your offices.
- Perform or review 90-day and annual performance evaluations and send them to the MB2 Dental Human Resources department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and with State, Federal, and other regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of dental office management required.
- In-depth knowledge of all company policies and rules.
- Well-informed of all state and federal applicable laws, including but not limited to HIPAA, Discrimination Guidelines, Sexual Harassment Statutes, and OSHA Regulations.
- Fully versed in Dentrix in order to manage the office and aid other brand offices.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
- Knowledge of business and management principles.
- Highly skilled in verbal and written communication.
