As pioneers in the rapidly evolving digital asset industry, Darkex offers a comprehensive range of services including trading, asset management, and more to clients worldwide.Education and Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Banking, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).Experience:Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Treasury departments of banks or financial institutions; or minimum 1 year of experience in crypto asset companies.Knowledgeable in crypto markets, understanding market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.Technical Knowledge and Skills:Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Proficiency in regulatory reporting processes.Experience in risk analysis and management.Ability to coordinate with software teams for system integration and development projects.Personal Skills:Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively communicating complex concepts.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.Proven ability to solve complex financial problems effectively.Language Skills:Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.Key Responsibilities:Daily Operations: Monitor and ensure the security of cryptocurrency and digital asset transfer operations.Treasury Operations: Manage daily treasury operations, monitor customer flows, and track potential errors.Customer Transactions: Monitor and manage customer transactions and positions within price providers and transaction limits.Exchange Management: Monitor crypto exchange processes, determine report accuracy, and minimize risks.Market Monitoring: Monitor cryptocurrency markets closely to develop strategies.Pricing: Determine cryptocurrency commission rates, develop competitive pricing strategies through market analysis.Reporting: Prepare regulatory reports and present internal reports to management.Compliance Management: Monitor digital asset regulations and align business processes accordingly.Project Management: Coordinate with software teams to integrate and develop software projects for treasury needs.
