FP&A Analyst

US Applicants Only  OverviewIn this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function within the organisation. Your analytical skills will be essential in driving financial performance and contributing to strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyse financial reports to provide insights into business performance.Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.Conduct variance analysis and present findings to senior management.Support the financial modelling and scenario analysis processes.Collaborate with different departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.Identify opportunities for process improvements within the financial reporting framework.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Proven experience in financial analysis or a similar role.Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Nice to haveExperience with financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
