Job Summary We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join the Tank team! Working closely with the Inventory and Operations team, you’ll be leading a new team and enforcing processes to ensure we have accurate inventory records and help us stay compliant with regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Core E-Commerce & Customer Account Operations
- Manage e-commerce fulfillment: Optimize efficiency and accuracy of picking and shipping processes for assigned customer accounts.
- Serve as primary liaison: Act as the main operational contact for dedicated accounts to resolve order issues, track deliveries, and address inventory discrepancies.
Shipping, Receiving, & Quality Control
- Inspect incoming freight: Audit material shipments for physical damage, quantity verification, and order accuracy.
- Execute ERP transactions: Complete necessary system entries and reconcile receiving discrepancies across digital records and physical inventory.
- Coordinate freight documentation: Prepare precise shipping documents and streamline logistics coordination.
Inventory Control & Reporting
- Oversee inventory data: Support management of records affecting inventory planning, stock control, and production scheduling.
- Generate operational metrics: Prepare and distribute daily production quality and productivity reports to leadership.
- Govern cycle count programs: Define and enforce robust inventory control procedures, including daily physical cycle counts.
- Analyze inventory variances: Reconcile physical counts against system data and conduct root-cause analyses on shortages.
- Optimize facility layout: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse footprint to ensure safe and efficient counting environments.
Continuous Improvement & Administration
- Drive site KPIs: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, delivery metrics, cost structures, and cash flow.
- Deliver cost reductions: Identify and implement strategic cost-saving opportunities within site operational expenses.
- Provide cross-functional support: Assist with daily office operations and complete specialized tasks assigned by senior leadership.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Required experience: 3+ Years’ related experience required
- Education: Associates/bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred
- Ability to multitask as demands of the role require to work on multiple projects at once
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
