Join a global AdTech company as a
## US-qualified Senior Lawyer and become a strategic legal partner to the business.
You’ll advise on **AdTech, commercial contracts, privacy, data protection, product, regulatory compliance, and disputes**, while leading key negotiations and managing US legal matters.
We’re looking for a senior lawyer with strong commercial judgment, ownership, and the ability to turn complex legal issues into practical business solutions.
## What will you do:
**Product and business support:**
\-Advise Product, Commercial, Publisher, Marketing and Operations teams on launching and commercializing advertising products and features;
\-Review product concepts, data flows, tracking technologies, partner integrations and marketing claims, and give clear recommendations that help teams move forward.
**Commercial contracts and negotiations:**
\-Draft, review and negotiate agreements with advertisers, agencies, publishers, vendors, technology providers and other partners;
\-Maintain practical contract templates, fallback positions and guidance for recurring negotiations;
\-Identify key risks relating to liability, privacy, data use, intellectual property, confidentiality, compliance, payment and termination, and recommend workable positions.
**Privacy and regulatory support:**
\-Support compliance with applicable privacy, data protection, digital advertising and consumer-protection requirements;
\-Monitor material legal developments and help convert them into concise guidance and practical actions for the business.
**Business partnering and risk management:**
\-Provide concise, commercially balanced advice and escalate material or unusual risks to the Chief Legal Officer;
\-Work with the global Legal team and coordinate specialist external counsel when local expertise is required;
\-Contribute to legal templates, playbooks, training and process improvements that make legal support faster and more consistent.
## Requirements
Who you are:
\-Law degree and authorization to provide legal advice in the candidate’s jurisdiction. A separate license or qualification to represent the company in court is not required.
\-Around 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, including commercial contracts, technology, digital advertising, privacy, data protection or other work with technology-driven businesses.
\-Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, such as MSAs, insertion orders, publisher or advertiser agreements, vendor/SaaS contracts, data processing terms, and confidentiality agreements or partnership agreements.
\-Working knowledge of privacy and data protection principles and an interest in how they apply to online advertising, tracking technologies, data use and digital products.
\-Ability to review new products and business initiatives, spot the most important legal risks and suggest practical, proportionate solutions.
\-Strong legal writing, attention to detail and negotiation skills.
\-Clear communication and ability to explain legal issues to non-lawyers.
\-Commercial, solution-oriented mindset; ownership and sound judgment; ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
**Will be a plus:**
\-Experience in AdTech, MarTech, digital media, programmatic advertising, online publishing, SaaS or another technology business;
\-Experience supporting product launches or working closely with Product, Commercial, Privacy or Compliance teams;
\-Experience with US state privacy laws, CCPA/CPRA, FTC advertising principles or IAB/industry standards;
\-Experience with cross-border commercial contracts and negotiations with advertisers, agencies, publishers, technology vendors or other partners;
\-Experience with contract templates, legal playbooks, approval processes or contract lifecycle management tools;
\-Experience coordinating specialist external counsel on disputes, employment, corporate or regulatory matters;
\-CIPP/US, CIPM or another relevant privacy qualification.
