Position Summary
The Warehouse Representative is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring a safe, organized warehouse environment. This role supports customer service and operational efficiency by ensuring materials are available, handled correctly, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Put away stock in designated warehouse locations and maintain proper inventory organization.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (where certified).
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions within company systems.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Assist with returns, damaged goods processing, and stock transfers.
• Work closely with customer service, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and varying temperatures.
