The Job:

As the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst, you’ll be part of our Cyber Security team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:

• Support IAM governance, strategy, and advisory initiatives for all identity types.

• Analyse IAM processes and data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.

• Assist with development of onboarding, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review processes.

• Advise on nonhuman identity strategy and implementation.

• Contribute to identity verification, passwordless authentication, MFA, SSO, and credential management initiatives.

• Promote secure practices and help eliminate insecure credential sharing methods.

• Support Active Directory and Entra ID governance and compliance.

• Partner with departments and application owners to drive adoption of IAM standards.

• Lead workshops and meetings to present findings and recommend improvements.

• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate IAM evaluations and strategies.

• English language on fluent level.

• Proven experience in similar positions.

• Experience supporting IAM governance, strategy, and advisory functions, with knowledge of IAM standards, nonhuman identity, authentication technologies, and Identity Management Systems (e.g., SailPoint, Entra ID, Active Directory).

• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management systems (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust), IT Service Management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), and strong analytical and communication skills for cross-department collaboration.

Salary Range: 154 000 - 247 800 PLN gross annually.

This is the lowest to highest salary range we would pay at the time of this posting. The salary offered in the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience.
