Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Bartender, you'll play an important role in creating the exceptional Guest experience Boston Pizza is known for by:

• Preparing and serving beverages with quality, consistency, and care
• Creating memorable Guest experiences through friendly, engaging, and personalized service
• Recommending beverages, cocktails, wine, beer, and menu pairings with confidence
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Accurately processing orders and handling payments
• Practicing responsible alcohol service while following all provincial regulations
• Working collaboratively with Servers, Kitchen staff, Hosts, and fellow team members
• Maintaining product knowledge and preparing beverages according to Boston Pizza recipes and standards
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive workplace culture
• Helping create an outstanding experience for every Guest

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

• Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional Guest experiences
• Friendly, energetic, and approachable
• Reliable and dependable
• Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and willing to support others whenever needed
• Knowledgeable about beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails, or eager to learn
• Committed to responsible alcohol service and Guest safety
• Eager to learn, grow, and develop new skills
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Previous bartending or hospitality experience is considered an asset, but it isn't required. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
