Senior Director Marketing Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Responsible for defining and deploying G2M strategy at GC region which in line with BL strategies, managing promotion activities on application and product level to enable Sales to capture maximum demand creation.  Responsible for GC A VUA segment RM1 DW target, and Business Line revenue and DW target from Smart Power and Microcontroller SBS, and drive for TCM to ensure profitable growth. Understands all factors influencing market conditions across all business lines and beyond ATV Division, in order to maximize business which in-line with the company’s objectives  Cooperated with Account sales, DEM, OBD and Application Center team for customer early engagement and platform deep dive.  Focusing on growing applications include Body, Cockpit & HMI, E/E Architecture and Connectivity, and also beyond own segment cover Powertrain and ADAS segments related applications.  Develop regional competency in marketing function and interaction across regions. Grow the EMS Business in Taiwan together with HQ representative as a focus virtual team. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  B.S. in electrical engineering or business, Master’s degree in EE or BA high preferred. 10+ years in marketing and engineering know-how in dedicated areas. Ability to build and manage relationships within all levels of region SMD and BL organization, be interface to key customers and partners at senior management level of commercial functions  Profound Automotive industry knowledge of market, competition, products, system, customers, market and technology trends, at regional and global level. Solid knowledge and experience in understanding and interpreting business/market environment, governmental influence, and legislations affecting automotive industry and customers (from OEM to Tier structure customers) . Resourceful, creative, diligent, and able to follow up and make things happen with colleagues and co-workers across many disciplines.
