Procurement Specialist – Data Centre & Power Generation
Location: Dallas, Texas — office-based
Employment: Direct hire or contract
The opportunity
Join an international energy developer that designs, builds and operates power infrastructure for major energy users. Supporting a significant data centre and dedicated power generation project, you’ll take ownership of procurement activities critical to project delivery. Working closely with project leadership, engineering and construction teams, you’ll help secure the equipment, materials and services needed to keep a fast-moving development on schedule.
Key duties

Manage procurement packages for project equipment, materials and services.

Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations, considering cost, quality and delivery.

Negotiate commercial terms, purchasing agreements and purchase orders.

Coordinate with engineering and project teams to confirm specifications and requirements.

Track supplier progress and deliveries, resolving issues that could affect project milestones.

Maintain accurate procurement records and report on commitments and supply risks.
What we’re looking for
-
At least 5 years’ procurement experience, ideally within an EPC or large capital project environment.

Strong experience negotiating with suppliers and managing purchasing agreements.

Ability to take ownership and manage multiple procurement priorities independently.

Strong commercial awareness, communication and organisational skills.

Experience supporting energy, industrial or data centre projects would be advantageous.

Availability to work from the Dallas office.
