The Inside Service Sales Specialist is responsible for selling new or renew existing, Company Service Contracts and Service offerings via telephone or electronic means to customers in your assigned territory within EMEA.   You will also generate prospective customers through cold calling, qualify and follow up sales leads from all channels. A strong focus on lead qualification and lead prospecting is essential, as well as building and maintaining a good relationship with our customers.  Sales can be made through multiple channels, e.g. inbound and/or outbound sales activities.  It is important that you listen and respond to customer needs to drive new service innovations and growth.  At all times you will adopt and follow our culture or compliance and integrity.   

This position reports to the Recurring Revenue Manager EMEA and is part of the EMEA Service Team and will be an on-site role at our Vienna site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Sell new and renewed service contracts and service offerings to customers across the assigned EMEA territory via phone and email, including proactive outreach, lead qualification and follow-up. 

• Prepare quotations, manage tenders and service agreements in SAP/SFDC, ensuring accurate pricing, billing, invoicing and opportunity funnel management. 

• Collaborate with Service, Sales and Field teams to execute service strategies, develop customer relationships and achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs. 

The essential requirements of the job include:  

• Proven experience in service sales, value-based selling, sales negotiations and tender management, with the ability to engage key stakeholders. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com; SAP experience preferred. 

• GCSE level or equivalent education, with fluent written and spoken English and German required

For this position, in accordance with the collective agreement for salaried employees in the metalworking industry, a minimum gross annual salary of € 47 000 (based on full-time employment) is stipulated. The actual remuneration depends on qualifications and professional experience and may significantly exceed the minimum salary. 

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
